Financial Scholarships 

In order to accommodate students seeking financial assistance, The Mincks Educational Center (TMEC) is pleased to offer tuition scholarships through The Paul Allen Scholarship Fund. Students interested in receiving scholarships through the Fund must submit an application to the Education Coordinator and Registrar by the scholarship deadline prior to the start of the term. Applications can be obtained though the Education Office or here. (Note: This form is a PDF with open fields. You can type your information in the fields and email it directly to TMEC. Once you fill out the form click on the email envelope above the purple bar in the upper left of the window.)

All applicants will be advised in writing of the decision regarding their application prior to the start of the class.

Depending on the number of scholarship applications received for a term, partial scholarships may be awarded. If partial scholarships are awarded, recipients may pay the balance due over time, but before the conclusion of the class.

Students who are not awarded scholarships through the Fund may request a partial tuition scholarship directly through their instructor and may resubmit their application for a scholarship through the Fund for a different class the following term.

All scholarships issued involve an exchange of services to the class or to TMEC, such as serving as class assistant, helping with class set up or clean up, assisting in the Education Office, and similar duties.

TMEC lovingly invites donations to the Scholarship Fund to ensure TMEC's ability to support students in need of financial assistance.  You may submit your donation directly to TMEC.
